registering as a Job Provider for advertisement, you must read and
agree to the advertising terms and conditions as set out below. These
terms and conditions apply to all advertisements placed on itplacementsindia.com
or any related site:

Prices
set by itplacementsindia may vary without notice.

Casual advertising will not appear "live" to view until payment
is verified, contract advertisers will be billed by monthly invoice.

All
amounts owing to itplacementsindia must be paid within 30 days of the
date of invoice. itplacementsindia may charge interest on late payment.

Advertisers
must pay the amount of all invoices in full notwithstanding any
errors or omissions in any advertisements.

It
is unlawful for an advertiser to discriminate against candidates
including discrimination on the basis of sex, pregnancy, age, race
or political or religious beliefs unless covered by an exception
or the advertiser has an exemption under relevant legislation. itplacementsindia
will not accept advertisements that appear to be contrary to law.

The
advertiser indemnifies itplacementsindia against all claims, actions,
suits, liabilities, costs and expenses incurred on any account by
itplacementsindia as a result of the listing or intended listing of
any advertisement by that advertiser on itplacementsindia or any related
site.

makes every effort to avoid errors in advertisements. However, itplacementsindia
accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors and requires
that advertisers check their advertisements for errors as soon as
they are placed on the site(s). Any errors may be edited immediately,
except casual advertisers who are not able to edit an advertisement
once it is posted to the site.

reserves the right to either reject or remove any advertisement
from its site(s) for any reason whatsoever.

is not liable for any loss or damage incurred by an advertiser as
a result of any failure or delay in listing an advertisement.
